"Effective organizations are based on effective relationships"

About the workshop

As a team leader, you certainly know the feeling of disappointment when a task is not met as you expected. That might even happen repeatedly. Why is that and more importantly, what can you do about it?

Manage promises instead of tasks.

At a foundational level, everything that is produced by your team is a result of a promise previously made. Promises are commitments to deliver a specific outcome by a specific date and they start with a request. It sounds simple, and yet, making effective requests can be really hard.

In a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, how can you build the skill to make requests that deliver exceptional outcomes?

What we’ll do in this workshop

  • Learn about the components of an effective request
  • Identify barriers to effective requests and strong promises in your environment
  • Practice requests to create stronger commitments with your stakeholders

Join us to expand your leadership capabilities by applying new concepts to your own challenges and learning with and from your peers.

Price: USD 99 (if finances are tight reach use the discount code AYNI2023 to waive the fee, no questions asked).

If you have any questions, reach out to erich@aynileadership.com.
