Leadership as a practice, not a role
“A system that can evolve can survive almost any change, by changing itself.” Donella Meadows
About the workshop
As a founder or team leader, you are often faced with complex challenges: someone is not pulling their weight, somebody is stretched in their new role or a whole team seems overwhelmed for apparently no logical reason. In those moments, the temptation is often to fix the problem on behalf of your team. But what does the challenge actually require from you?
By offering a distinction between the role of authority and the practice of leadership, this workshop will offer a new way to diagnose your organization and your role. You’ll leave with tools and practices to solve problems and grow your team’s capabilities.
What we’ll do in this workshop
- Learn the distinction between the role of authority and exercising leadership
- Identify the resources and constraints that come with your role
- Practice exercising leadership with a tough challenge you are facing today
Join us to expand your leadership capabilities by applying new concepts to your own challenges and learning with and from your peers.
Price: USD 99 (if finances are tight reach use the discount code AYNI2023 to waive the fee, no questions asked).
