This is the first time that B2B Lunch Club has visited The Royal Assembly Rooms in Great Yarmouth and we're really looking forward to experiencing the food and service that they are renowned for. Join us at Noon on Friday 23rd October for Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft’s premier business Networking Event.

Our menu will be Braised blade of beef, red wine sauce, creamy mash, with seasonal vegetables. To follow there's Salted caramel blondie brownie (A vegetarian option is available, please let us know if you have any dietary Requirements on the Booking Page).

Claire is the founder and Chief Executive of Shergroup, the business-solutions group that grew from the long-established London and Surrey law firm of Burchell & Ruston and the Office of Sheriff. Now in her fifth decade in the profession — a career that began in the London Sheriff’s Office in 1980 — Claire is a Solicitor and one of a limited number of Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers in England and Wales, and one of very few women ever to hold that office. She is the first woman appointed Under Sheriff of Surrey, a published and internationally cited author on enforcement, a familiar face from British television (Call The Bailiffs - Time To Pay Up), and is listed in Marquis Who’s Who in America. Here's an overview of what she will talk about

Claire takes the audience behind the doorstep of enforcement — what a High Court Writ of Control actually does, the routes open to a creditor once judgment is entered, and why so many cases stall before a penny is recovered. Drawing on a career spent turning paper orders into real money, she looks at the decisions that make or break a recovery, the paperwork that sinks it, and the credit-control habits that keep businesses out of court altogether.
