Chakra Workshop - Connect to Your Authentic Power

Join Babesburgh as we celebrate health and wellness throughout November. 

Journey through your 7 chakras (energy centers) with Paradigm Expansions in a fun, interactive, accessible environment. In this 2-hour workshop, we will demystify the 7 chakras, experience soothing guided meditation, and build meaningful connections with others. By engaging in this workshop, you will: 

1. Explore a framework to embrace your multidimensional and dynamic interests and talents.

2. Learn new ways to release the past.

3. Open to your body sensations to remember your inherent power.
