Excitement Yoga with Anthea & Jackie

Join BCY yoga teachers Jackie and Anthea, for a journey into the realm of joy at our first ever Excitement Yoga workshop! :) Immerse yourself in a unique experience designed to cultivate happiness, release tension, and create a space for joy to breathe. Get ready to connect, move, and celebrate life in a somatic-focused, co-guided, and FUN atmosphere!

All vibes welcome: This is a “come as you are” experience, so whether you arrive feeling connected to your joy, or if you are mid-winter blues and feeling the heaviness of the world, you are welcome in this space exactly as you are. Come with an open mind to make space for joy, and maybe have a giggle!

What to expect:

- Somatic Exploration: Dive into the world of somatic practices that connect mind and body, allowing you to release, feel your feelings, and experience joy through movement. Anthea & Jackie will guide a yoga flow that includes traditional asanas, free movement, breath of joy, bouncing, tapping, laughing yoga, and more.

- Guided Meditations: Tap into guided meditations throughout this experience, that allow you to ground and make space for the joy that is already within you.

- Joy Journaling: Explore joy through written expression, doodling, and journaling exercises where you’ll connect to the joy and gratitude that exists within you.

- Community Vibes: Find joy through connecting with one another in a sharing circle (optional).
