Central to our journey is the invitation to reconnect with your inner child, that pure, imaginative part of you that dreams without limits. Equipped with a pen and paper, you'll be guided through prompted movements, accompanied by music, inviting you into your own realm of storytelling. This process not only cultivates creativity but also fosters a deep connection with your inner child, encouraging a playful, uninhibited exploration of your narrative landscape. As our session concludes, you'll be presented with the opportunity to share your own legendary tale with everyone (optional, of course!). This immersive experience promises not just a story, but a profound reconnection with your inner narrative and the youthful spirit that resides within, all crafted by your own movements and the rhythms that resonate with you.

Teacher bio: Wolfe Lanier is a coach in communication, leadership, public speaking, and empowerment, driven by a mission to unlock hidden voices. Wolfe's unique approach is deeply influenced by their theatre background and work with New York Speech Coaching, infusing practices with the playfulness of improv, movement, and character development to foster a creative connection to the inner self. Recognizing the transformative power of vocal expression, singing, and speech, Wolfe turned to yoga as a vehicle for inward connection. This pursuit of mindfulness to unleash creativity led them to complete their 200-hour RYT certification with Baby Cobra Yoga and Frequency Movement. Having personally navigated the challenges of feeling closed off to expression, vocal freedom, and community, Wolfe is committed to helping others overcome similar obstacles. With a history of dedication to voice unlocking, Wolfe is eager to share their expertise and passion with the Brooklyn yoga community.
