Hailing from a background of ballet and modern dance, Jamie knows that the relationship between dance and yoga can be both exciting and challenging. In this workshop, Jamie will teach a tailored yoga class specifically designed to target what dancers often need the most in their yoga practices. Hip alignment, stability, balancing strength-building with flexibility, and so much more. Whether you're decades removed from your dance roots or you're currently headlining at Alvin Ailey, this workshop has something for everyone. Any and all dancers, former dancers, ballerinas, modern dancers, hip-hoppers, gymnasts, figure skaters, etc, are welcome (and anyone else you can think of).
