Bio: Sophie (they/them), a multidisciplinary artist, finds sound to be one of their favorite and most impactful modalities. With a background in dance, theatre, and song, they enjoy combining artistic and holistic practices to nurture and embrace one's unique creative spirit. Certified in yoga (200hr) from Baby Cobra Yoga, Sophie continues to deepen their practice with additional certifications in Reiki, Gong/Sound meditation, and Transformative Arts. Passionate about the power of sound, Sophie creates space for others on their unique journeys of growth and creativity.
