Nev and Rili offer a deep and tender journey through song, movement, and cacao. Gentle, yin yoga and heartbreak-themed love songs from across the decades, followed by an uplifting and nurturing cacao ceremony and some time to relax, socialize and share with a loving community. We plan to allow ourselves to feel into the emotions that songs and yoga may bring up, and cherish them in a circle around the sacred spirit of Cacao plant. We hope you leave feeling refreshed, happy, and whole. 

Rili X Newman (they/them) is an Alaska raised, Brooklyn based composer and performer. They spend their time recording, teaching violin, rehearsing, playing shows and falling in love with their friends.Their work can be found through Instagram at @robot_x_9000 as well as on streaming platforms under Robot X and Robert X. Newman.

Nev Kundacina (she/her) is a yoga and meditation teacher exclusively at Baby Cobra Yoga, and our Studio Manager. She is a student of Yin, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, as well as Theravada Buddhist meditation. She has hosted numerous cacao ceremonies, paired with music and chanting. Nev's teachings can be found at the studio and in person, with no online presence. 

*Note on cacao plant: to support yourself, it's best to not consume caffeine 3h prior, and alcohol 12h post ceremony. Post-care details will be shared during the event.
