Join us for a 90-minute session designed to reconnect with yourself in a safe and nurturing environment while exploring the profound importance of mattering for our well-being. Led by Karina, a breathwork facilitator, you'll experience dynamic breathing techniques to reset your nervous system, release stuck emotions, and invite clarity. Meanwhile, Boshko, a Reiki and Sound Healing practitioner, will provide each participant with a mini Reiki session.

As the session concludes, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath, with the healing vibrations of sound instruments and Boshko’s calming voice washing over you.

Karina Tauber Gorodkin is a Breathwork facilitator leading private and group sessions in NY and Philadelphia. She is also currently earning a masters in Positive Psychology.

Boshko Boskovic (returning guest teacher at BCY) is the founder of Let’s Heal NYC, a private practice specializing in Reiki & sound healing treatments. He holds wellness group sessions at various wellness centers in NYC including Grand Street Healing, MINKA Brooklyn and 14th St Y.
