Inner.Ether: A Sound & Movement Journey with Natalya, featuring Proactive Panic & Mara

A somatic exploration of the ethereal plane & beyond. Prepare for a transmutation from traditional sacred shapes towards embodied acts of liberation. Natalya’s guidance will invite you on a journey through the stratosphere by moving our physical body through a practice that blends meditation, vinyasa yoga, and guided free movement to bring us out of linear ways of being and into a cyclical exploration of our absurd nature. A landscape of sound will be painted by Proactive Panic and by Mara Einson on flute, pulling us into a mystical land of sonic tension. To round our practice off, yin yoga & a sound bath will guide us back to reality.

Our new moon in Taurus will inform our practice as we work with qualities of nourishment, pleasure, and groundedness. By seeing the sensual as a source of wisdom, our journey will help us plant the seeds that are asking to come into fruition. This offering will be ceremonial in nature, starting with collaborative intention setting & ending with opportunity to share and reflect.
