Join Miles Borrero for a nourishing 90-minute workshop exploring the art of Thai Massage — a practice often called “lazy man’s yoga.” Rooted in ancient healing traditions, Thai Massage combines assisted stretching, rhythmic pressure, and mindful touch to release tension, improve mobility, and restore energetic balance.
In this partner-based session, you’ll both give and receive, learning simple yet powerful techniques that invite relaxation, presence, and connection. Come solo or with a friend — no experience necessary, just comfortable clothes and an open heart.
Miles Borrero is an New York-based E-RYT 500+ senior yoga teacher, embodiment guide, speaker, music-maker, craniosacral therapist, and author who has studied, practiced, and taught the science and philosophies of yoga, meditation, Buddhism, and tantra for over 25 years. As an embodiment educator, Miles draws from his extensive studies in anatomy, breathwork, and movement to teach people accessible and practical ways to down-regulate their nervous system in order to increase their resilience to the stressors of modern life. His work centers around embracing the most essential parts of ourselves as a path to lead whole-hearted, purpose-filled lives steeped in meaning and connection. As a Latiné, queer trans immigrant and citizen of the world, Miles is a passionate advocate for dismantling the systems within (and without) ourselves that keep us small.
