This monthly Dharma session is a contemplative and educational workshop series designed to explore the foundational teachings of yoga philosophy together. Each session focuses on a different theme drawn from classical yogic texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, Patañjali’s Yoga Sutras. In this beginner friendly workshops will blend short lectures, group discussion, reflection, and practical application, making ancient teachings accessible and relevant to modern life.

• Spiritual seekers interested in philosophy, mindfulness, and self-inquiry
• No prior philosophy study required

Workshop Structure (2 Hours)

About Geraldine Garcia Esquivel: Geraldine Garcia Esquivel has been practicing Yoga since 2005 and teaching Yoga since 2020. Her background includes Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Dynamic sequencing. She has completed a 200-hour TT at the Bhakti Center, 75-hour TT Jivamukti Yoga , 50 Hour TT Dharma Yoga, 30 HR Katonah Yoga immersion, an 8 hrs Upanishads immersion and a 10-hour workshop in the Yoga Sutras and 18 hrs Journeying through the Bhagavad Gita at the Bhakti center.
