Flow For Access: A Morning Flow for Reproductive Rights

Join Baby Cobra Yoga and ACTUM Giving for a 60-minute vinyasa and meditation flow, a morning of movement, breath, and community in support of reproductive healthcare access.

This class is part of Denied Access, a summer campaign by ACTUM Giving that uses art, storytelling, and collective action to raise awareness around reproductive healthcare access. Baby Cobra is proud to collaborate on this event, bringing our community together on the mat for a cause that matters. ACTUM is actively partnering with organizations to raise funds for reproductive care that has been slashed due to cuts to USAID and Title X funding.

What to expect: A grounding 60-minute vinyasa and meditation class open to all levels. Expect intentional movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, space to connect with your body and your community.
