Curious about Ayurveda but not sure where to start? This workshop is a relaxed, modern introduction to an ancient system of wellness that’s all about helping you feel more like yourself. Ayurveda, often translated as “the science of life,” is a 5,000-year-old approach to health that focuses on balance: physically, mentally, and emotionally. Instead of one-size-fits-all wellness, Ayurveda teaches you how to understand your unique body and what it needs to feel good.

In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll break down the basics in a way that actually makes sense in everyday life. You’ll learn about the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), how they show up in your personality and body, and how imbalances can look like things like burnout, anxiety, low energy, or digestive issues. From there, we’ll get into simple, realistic ways to bring yourself back into balance, through food, daily habits, and small shifts that can make a big difference.

Think of this as a mix of learning, self-discovery, and practical tools you can start using right away.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clear understanding of what Ayurveda is
  • Insight into your own mind-body type (dosha)
  • Awareness of where you might be out of balance
  • Easy daily rituals to feel more grounded, energized, and clear
  • A new lens for understanding your body, moods, and habits

No prior experience needed, just come as you are.
