Through gentle yoga, grounding movement, guided meditation, and trauma-informed ritual practice, we move through a spiral– gratitude, honoring what we carry, seeing with new eyes, and going forth in meaningful action. You'll leave with new connections, embodied tools for resilience, and the experience of being in community as we move through unprecedented times together.

Eloise Owen is a RYT 500 yoga teacher and somatic facilitator. Her work is a practice of coming home to self and others, exploring feeling in movement, conversation, and connection.
