Hard Yoga: Halloween — One Year Anniversary with Zach Sobel

🎃🧘🔊 Hard Yoga turns ONE. And of course we’re celebrating on Halloween.

One year ago, Hard Yoga started with a simple idea: yoga could hit harder. More bass. More sweat. More feeling. Less taking ourselves so seriously. Since then, we’ve moved through packed rooms, live-mixed sets of some of the hardest tracks you’ll ever hear in a fitness class, power flows, slow flows, meditation, bass faces, savasana bliss states, and a growing little community of people willing to show up, work hard, get weird, and land soft.

So for our one-year anniversary, we’re bringing it back to Baby Cobra Bushwick for a Halloween edition of Hard Yoga.

Expect a 90-minute Power Vinyasa soundtracked by a live-mixed bass set built to hit harder than your average fitness class. Strong, rhythmic movement. Deep bass. A steady build from grounded mobility into standing work, balance, core, and powerful flow before bringing everything back down.

We’ll open slow and let the room build naturally. As the music intensifies, so does the practice. You’ll have space to work, modify, push your edge, or pull back when you need to.

At the peak, we start to surrender. Longer holds. Deeper stretches. Nervous system downshift. We close with LSDREAM’s Lightcode meditation, giving everything time to settle before we come back into the room.

And don’t disappear after savasana. This one is as much about the community as the class. Stick around afterward for a casual Hard Yoga Halloween lunch + treats, celebrate one year with us, meet somebody new, hang with the people you just spent 90 minutes sweating next to, and enjoy Halloween afternoon in Brooklyn.

No performance. No pressure. You don’t need to be the strongest person in the room or know every pose. Just come ready to move, breathe, listen, and participate.

Hard work. Deep surrender. A little Halloween chaos. Costumes are welcome if you can actually move in them. 👻

Heads up: This class features loud, immersive bass music. Ear plugs will be available for anyone who wants them.
