Baby Cobra Yoga and Carroll Hall present: SUMMER WELLNESS FAIR

Baby Cobra Yoga is continuing its wonderful collaboration with Carroll Hall to host an outdoor wellness fair! All offerings are donation based. Feel free to drop in anytime, and make sure you arrive 15 mins before the timed events to grab a spot. Bring your mat (as they won't be provided) or meditation cushion if you'd like. Sunscreen might be a good idea, too. :) 

There will be tarot, reiki, astrological readings, and kirtan throughout the day, plus: 

• Meditation at 4:30pm 
• Vinyasa flow at 5:00pm 
• Yin Yoga Sound Bath at 7:30pm

Refreshments will be for sale.

*Carroll Hall is located directly in front of the entrance to Baby Cobra Bushwick on Thames St.
