Learn practical tools & techniques to use during labour,  and get an understanding of what actually happens when you give birth.

Learn all about your pain relief, induction & C-section options, so that you are best prepared for birth & all that it entails! You will view birth in a completely different way and will leave looking forward to birthing your baby! This is a great opportunity to meet and make new friends as you embrace this journey of a lifetime. This class is a relaxed, fun and will transform how you view birth.

Spilt across two weeks, so that you learn in manageable chunks and get the opportunity to build relationships with other new parents to be!
