RIPE REVERB - POSTPONED

Update:

It is with a heavy heart that we have to make the decision to postpone Ripe Reverb for now and go ahead on a future date in 2025 with hopefully the same amazing lineup.

Refunds will be issued to the AMAZING people that did buy tickets for this event.

We have promoted, networked, stickered, gone on local radio 3 times and have shared as much as possible. Unfortunately it can't always guarantee ticket sales.

We are all about platforming queer and trans music, but part of that is making sure that all of those artists/musicians/performers get paid on time and paid fairly. Without guaranteed ticket sales we wouldn't be able to pay everyone within a 2-3 week timeframe which is as long as we are comfortable with letting performers wait for payout.

There are probably producers out there that can leave it for a month or two for one reason or another but PULP does not want to do that. It isn't fair to our musicians as human beings with bills to pay and food to buy.

If you enjoy music and consume it daily do the best thing you can to support your local scene by showing up, buying merch and enjoying a musicians art in person...because we all know streaming revenue is a joke and content creation forced upon creatives who's livelihood depends on their art is a sad reality.

Anywho, keep an eye on this space for a new event early in 2025 and have a look at tickets for our Melt collaboration at Studio188 Ipswich/Tulmur which is DEFINITELY going ahead.

RIPE REVERB is a queer, trans inclusive evening of music and art aimed at providing a platform for queer local musicians, bands, artists and small businesses. We have some goth, riot girl/punk, indie and absolutely transcendent acts for you to enjoy as well as artist displays and local vendors with wonderful items and artwork for sale.
