Backup's 'The Fabulous Village Fete' returns to glorious 

Sandown Park in Surrey for more fun and frivolity!

Renamed for this year in celebration of Adam Taylor, aka Adam Fabulous, DJ and long-time supporter of the event, this is the live events industry’s best day out, so dig out your best tweed and flowery dresses, dust off your cake recipes and purchase your tickets for The Village Fete 2025...

Tickets will go on sale in two phases -

• 09:00 AM on Tuesday 1st April 2025 for Backup’s Partners 

• 09:00 AM on Thursday 3rd April 2025 for General Sale

Kart Team Package - SOLD OUT*

Kart Team price is £1,601 per team.
Each team may enter up to 6x drivers for the three-hour endurance race. Each team must select 1x driver for entry into our 5 Star Cases 'Flight Case Relay'. In addition included in the cost of the karting prices is a FOC Fete Stall (4m x 4m space to install and run your own fete stall and use as your company base).

The Manor House Package

The Manor House is £601 per VIP Gazebo.

The Manor house offers pre-built gazebos with seating in its own sectioned off area, with views the days activities and centre to all the activities. Each VIP Gazebo purchase comes with 6x VIP tickets that gives you access to the Manor House members VIP bar (soft drinks served until 16:30)... all so you don’t have to brush shoulders with the Peasants! 

Fete Stall Package

(non-karting teams)

Fete Stall price is £361 per stall.  
A Fete Stall is 4m x 4m space to install and run your own fete stall and company base. Each stall spot purchase comes with 6 x stall holder tickets.

Individual Day Pass Ticket

Day Pass wristbands are available for £66 per person. 

The Day Pass Ticket gives you access to roam and enjoy all the fun of our Village Fete! 

What's included in your hospitality package and day pass ticket:

• Lunch and soft drinks (the latter throughout the day) from our amazing Food-Fest partners and an ice cream from Vinnie's Ice Cream van!
• Access to all onsite activities and fete stall games, excluding karting (purchased separately see above kart team hospitality package).
• Option to enter the following Village Fete competitions; 'Bake Off' / 'Veg Off' / Peasant Shooting (laser clay shooting) / 'DJ Off'
• Automatic entry into our 'Best Dressed Villager' competition for those who come dressed to impress on the day, in an outfit that exemplifies Village Fete or Village / countryside theme... or even better if you can incorporate village combined industry theme too 😉

Please note that due to the popularity of the event, we have restricted all hospitality packages to one per company. If you require additional tickets, you can purchase 'Individual Day Pass Tickets' which are unlimited.
