Old-Time Harmony, Pure and True: Caleb Klauder & Reeb Willms Return to Maine
Blue Hill Concert at Emlen Hall
Wednesday, September 23, 2026 | 7:00p (Doors 6:30p) Emlen Hall | 17 Bay School Drive, Blue Hill
Bagaduce Music brings an unforgettable night of old-time and traditional country music to one of Blue Hill's most beloved gathering spaces. Caleb Klauder & Reeb Willms — two of the most respected voices in today's roots music scene — will perform at Emlen Hall, renowned for its exceptional acoustics and welcoming room, with plenty of space to listen, sway, or dance.
Rooted in the Pacific Northwest, the duo has spent more than a decade crafting a sound that draws deeply from early country and stringband traditions while bringing a fresh, contemporary clarity to their performances. Their close harmonies, unadorned delivery, and natural musical chemistry have earned them a devoted following across festivals, dance halls, and listening rooms in the U.S. and abroad. Emlen Hall's warm acoustics make it an ideal setting to experience every nuance of Klauder & Willms's signature sound up close.
Klauder, a founding member of the influential Foghorn Stringband, is known for his timeless songwriting and mandolin work, while Willms has become celebrated for her pure, resonant vocals and steady, expressive guitar playing. Together, they carry forward a tradition that is both historically grounded and fully alive.
Their albums — including Innocent Road and Gold in Your Pocket — blend original songs with carefully chosen gems from the American roots repertoire, showcasing a shared musical sensibility that feels both classic and newly relevant.
Early bird ticket pricing available through September 12 at 9am. Tickets at the door only when capacity allows. This event is generously sponsored by First National Bank.
