In this hands-on class, Debora will guide you step-by-step through creating bakery-quality macarons in delicious flavor combinations.
Learn to master crisp shells, filling and elegant decorations perfect for any celebration.
This workshop blends classic French technique with Debora’s approachable, creative style - helping you master consistency, stability, and design while having plenty of fun along the way.
In this 5-hour class, you'll:
• Understand the science and timing behind perfect macarons
• Learn to prevent (and fix) common macaron mistakes
• Bake, pair, and fill classic French macarons
• Mix, color, and flavor batches.
• Practice professional piping and decorating techniques
• Create silky ganache and buttercream fillings
Age Requirements: The minimum age for this class is 18 years old.
Breaks: Students will be given a 30-minute break halfway through the class. We encourage students to bring their own lunch, as local restaurants can get busy.
All classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to our class policies. Please review these when reserving your spot.

Instructor Bio
Debora (“Deb”) Schultz is a self-taught baker from Brazil with a passion for creating desserts that are as beautiful as they are indulgent. She is the owner of Nossa Bakehouse, a micro-bakery known for it's special-event cakes, and pop-ups throughout the Orlando area.
Deb’s love for baking is deeply personal - rooted in her Brazilian upbringing, her love for sharing food, and her desire to connect with people through unforgettable flavors.
When she’s not in the kitchen, Deb enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, connecting with other creatives, and exploring new ways to bring people together through food. She believes baking is equal parts craft, science, and joy - and she can’t wait to share her expertise and passion with you in this hands-on class
