Buttercream Hand-Painted Cake

Whether you're a beginner looking to explore cake decorating or an experienced baker wanting to refine your artistic skills, you'll leave with a beautiful finished cake and techniques you can use again and again.

No previous decorating experience is required. We provide all ingredients, tools, and supplies—just bring your creativity and excitement to learn.

All classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to our class policies. Please review our policies before reserving your class.

In this 5-hour class, you'll learn to:

• Build and prepare a layered cake for decorating
• Fill, stack, and properly crumb coat your cake
• Achieve a smooth, professional buttercream finish
• Color buttercream using soft botanical-inspired palettes
• Create delicate buttercream petals and floral elements
• Arrange flowers into a balanced modern botanical composition
• Apply edible gold leaf for an elegant finishing touch
• Learn professional finishing techniques and presentation tips

Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Students will take home the beautifully decorated 6-inch cake they create in class, along with the techniques and confidence to recreate this design for future celebrations or clients.

Minimum Age Requirement: 16 years old.

Breaks:

Students will receive a 30-minute break halfway through class. We encourage students to bring their own lunch.
