In this intro to buttercream class you will have a real education in buttercream. In 6 hours, you'll learn every major buttercream type (American, Swiss meringue, Italian, and more): what makes each one different, how to choose the right one for the job, and how to store them properly.
You'll learn how to make buttercream from scratch, how to color, flavor it and use it to fully cover and smooth a cake like a pro, with real technique.
What's included: all ingredients and tools, apron, and a take-home everything you made.

Details:
- 6 hours | $165 per person

- Format: live demo, then you make your own with hands-on guidance from instructor
- What to wear: closed-toe shoes, hair tied back, apron provided
- Refunds/reschedules available - Up to 48hrs before class

All classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to our class policies.
Age Requirements:
The minimum age for this class is 16 years old.
Breaks:
Students will be given a 30-minute break halfway through the class. We encourage students to bring their own lunch.
