Instructor: Morgan MacAdam
Hello, my name is Morgan, from Miss Morgan Mac Bakeshop. I have always loved desserts and making things look pretty. When I decided to follow my dreams and become a cake and cookie decorator, I discovered that I can have my cake and eat it too! When I was a little girl, the first thing I ever learned how to make were cut-out sugar cookies and cream puffs in my granny’s kitchen. Years later, I took my love for baking these things and am now a certified pastry chef. In 2025, I earned my Baking and Pastry Associate in Science along with my Certification in Cake Artistry at Valencia College’s Pastry Arts Program. Through this, I learned techniques to make these desserts professionally as well as expanded my knowledge on how to bake and decorate so many other wonderful pastries. My favorite accomplishment has been starting my own business creating sweet treats. Finding joy everyday in some kind of way is very important to me. Whether it is taking the time to make something, or sharing something I made with others. I am so excited to get to share the joy of baking and teaching students like you! 7\/
Some fun facts about me:
My favorite food is sour candy or dark chocolate cake!
I have two doodles.
I love the beach and looking for seashells
Sometimes you can find me wandering the antique mall or an estate sale searching for vintage treasures!
