Dr. Jacob De Hoyos, piano
Join an evening of solo piano centered on Mozart, exploring how themes unfold, evolve, and return in new forms, in both sound and flavor.
Through his music, alongside works by other composers who shaped his voice and were inspired by it, you will experience how themes are shared, transformed, and reimagined across the program.
At intermission, handmade Mozartkugeln from Salzburg, traditional chocolate confections originating in 1890, made with pistachio marzipan and nougat, and coated in dark chocolate, will be served.
Following the performance, those same flavors return in a handcrafted Mozart torte, created especially for this program.
