These classes are for over 12’s only

GENERAL INFO & TERMS:

* Dance style: This will ultimately be Giovanni's choice but based on Latin / Ballroom / Charleston dance styles. Classes are danced solo - no partnering.

* Dance Experience: 

LEVEL 1  - for those who haven't danced before or with a little experience, or anyone wanting to go over the basics, build confidence and learn at a slower pace. 

LEVEL 2 - more challenging steps and timings, great for those who are comfortable with basic steps and choreo or who just want to get stuck in!

* Age Restriction: Please note that classes are for over-12s only, and under-18s should be accompanied by an adult (can be none dancing)

* Times: may be subject to change. This may be out of our control.

* What to wear: wear something you are comfortable dancing in (and getting a bit sweaty in)! Footwear wise, trainers, practice shoes or heels are all acceptable in this studio.

* Non Attendance: If you are unable to attend please let us know ASAP by email to booking@ballando.co.uk

* Refunds: Please note that the ticket is non-refundable / non-transferable. Should the event be cancelled, the ticket cost only will be refunded. The booking fee is non-refundable.

* Spectators: To maximise space in the studio and so that everyone feels comfortable we ask that anyone not taking part in the class vacate the studio during the lesson time. Only chaperone's for under 18's / medical reasons may stay and we kindly ask that where possible this is limited to 1 chaperone per attendee.

* Belongings: Please be mindful of your belongings while you are there, and remember to take everything with you at the end of the class. Try to bring smaller bags if possible.

* Filming & Photography: Filming and photography of the event will take place and may be used for promotional purposes, if you are uncomfortable with this please let the organisers know. Chaperone's are also kindly asked not to video the event.

* Dogs in the studio: for the comfort of attendees, we do not allow dogs in the studio during our classes / breaks. 

* Right To Refuse Booking / Entrance To Classes: We reserve the right to refuse entry to this and future events if a participant attends classes under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Please note that consumption of alcohol and/or drugs at the event is prohibited.

* Behaviour In Class: Please remember to be respectful towards Giovanni, staff/organisers, and other attendees so that everyone feels safe and welcome in the class. Any unkind or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. If you see or experience anything of this nature, please alert us to it.

* Time Management: Please be mindful of the timetable as we need to stay on track with the schedule as above. Giovanni is happy to say hello and take photos where time allows, but please be mindful of others to ensure everyone gets the opportunity. From time to time we may have to step in to manage queues and move things along a little faster to stay on track. Please note that photo's are not guaranteed.
