25 Ballet in the Vineyard

Join Ballet Fantastique at beautiful Silvan Ridge Winery for a late summer outdoor concert in wine country, featuring LIVE music and uplifting, site-specific choreography from the international artists of Ballet Fantastique! Enjoy globally inspired food from Lily Belle Bistro, sip on delicious wine, and experience a one-of-a-kind performance as the sun sets behind the rolling hills. All proceeds benefit Ballet Fantastique's arts and education programs.

All tickets are sold in advance. Ticket price does not include food and beverage. Minors allowed until 8 pm—tickets are required for children over the age of 2. No outside alcohol. Email info@balletfantastique.org with questions.

Ballet in the Vineyard VIP Experience for 2 ticket option:
Experience unparalleled convenience and support Ballet Fantastique with the Ballet in the Vineyard VIP Experience, including: Exclusive reserved seats for two guests in the shade (no need to bring your own seating), a bottle of Silvan Ridge Rosé wine (exchanges for an alternate bottle of your choosing available for an additional cost due at pickup) and cheese board for two, two souvenir Silvan Ridge glasses and a signed BFan souvenir poster (yours to keep), and a tax donation receipt for your support of Ballet Fantastique's arts and education work in our city. A Ballet Fantastique artist will greet you upon your arrival.
VIP Package Price: $149 (purchased on or before 8/15); $170 (purchased after 8/15); VIP sales close at 9 am 8/30. 

Ballet in the Vineyard Ticket Options:
Early Bird General Admission (purchased on or before 7/31): $20 each
Pre-Sale General Admission (purchased on or before 8/15): $25 each
Advance General Admission (purchased on or before 8/28): $30 each
General Admission (purchased after 8/28): $35 each

WHAT TO KNOW:

All tickets are sold in advance.  No door sales. Deadline to purchase tickets is 3pm on show day, or when sold out—whichever occurs first.
Show the printout of your ticket and/or share your Buyer Name upon arrival at entrance for entry. General Admission Ticket price does not include food and beverage. Tickets are required for children over the age of two. No outside alcohol.

• Doors open at 5:30 pm. Tasting Room will close at 5 pm and reopen for the concert at 5:30 pm.
• Concert begins at 6:30 pm, ends at 8 pm.
• Picnics are welcome, but please no outside alcohol. Local microbrews and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase, along with our amazing food cart, Lilly Belle Bistro—with part of proceeds supporting BFan!
• All seating is first come, first served. Most seating is on the grass, so blanket/lawn chairs are recommended!
• Seating for VIP ticket holders can be requested in advance. At checkout please submit your seating preference.
• The BFan team will do our best to accommodate all VIP seating preference requests in the order in which they are received, with additional attention to requests due to health or mobility needs for you, our treasured patrons!
• Silvan Ridge will not offer tasting during this event, but has an amazing selection of wines to purchase by the glass/bottle.
• Children are welcome, but must remain with an adult at all times.
• This event is non-refundable.

For $50/person (includes driver gratuity), enjoy roundtrip travel to Ballet in the Vineyard aboard a stylish limo bus.

• Pickup: Summit Bank parking lot (Downtown Eugene) at 5:00 pm

• Drop-off: Silvan Ridge Winery by 5:30 pm (doors open at arrival!)

• Return: Immediately following the performance
  This is a perfect option for guests who want to enjoy wine country without the drive.
