Frequently Asked Questions:

What's included in my ticket price?
Your ticket includes all accommodation, activities, chef-prepared meals, access to on-site facilities, and return transfers between Mykonos Airport/Port and the villa as detailed in the retreat itinerary. We will be arranging for additional add-on services such as massage which are optional and incur an additional fee.

Is my ticket refundable?
The £1,000 deposit is non-refundable. For the remaining balance, please refer to our cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions.

Should I book double occupancy if I'm attending alone?
No. Double occupancy rooms have twin beds, so these rooms are intended for participants who wish to share with a friend or family member. If you are attending alone, please book single occupancy. If you book double occupancy without specifying a roommate, we will need to upgrade you to single occupancy at the higher rate. Please contact us at events@balletwithisabella.com if you have questions about accommodation options. If the room type you would like is sold out, please contact us and we will try and assist.

Can I bring my partner to share the double occupancy?
We ask that all attendees have a genuine passion for ballet and are committed to actively participating in the full schedule of events. As tickets are extremely limited, we prioritise participants who are fully engaged in the retreat experience. Therefore, we kindly request that double occupancy rooms be reserved for those who will be taking part in all activities.

Do I need to be at a certain ballet level to attend?
The Retreat is designed to accommodate various levels. However, some basic ballet experience is recommended to fully enjoy the classes. If you're unsure if the Retreat is right for you, please contact us at events@balletwithisabella.com.

Is there an age requirement?
Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old.

Can I choose which activities to participate in?
While we encourage full participation to get the most out of the experience, all activities are completely optional. The Retreat is designed to be flexible and accommodate your personal needs.

What is the typical daily schedule?
While each day will vary, a typical day includes morning movement sessions, ballet classes, mindset coaching, free time for relaxation, and evening activities. A detailed schedule will be provided closer to the retreat date.

Are meals included?
Yes, all meals are included in your ticket price. Chef-prepared Mediterranean cuisine will be provided throughout your stay.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, of course. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when you book or at least 30 days before the Retreat.

How do I get to the villa in Mykonos?
Your ticket price includes return transfers between Mykonos Airport/Port and the villa. We simply ask that you share your flight details with us once booked so we can arrange your transportation. Detailed information about recommended flights will be provided in your welcome packet after booking. If you are traveling from afar and need accommodation before the retreat starts, we can advise where to stay on the island.

Can I arrive late or leave early?
The Retreat is designed as a complete experience, and we strongly recommend attending for the full duration. However, if you have special circumstances, please contact us in advance at events@balletwithisabella.com.

Will there be free time during the Retreat?
Yes, there will be scheduled free time for relaxation, exploring the area, or enjoying the villa facilities.

Will there be opportunities to explore Mykonos?
Yes, there will be some free time scheduled that you may use to explore the island. Optional group excursions may also be arranged, and fees may apply.

What time should I arrive?
Detailed arrival instructions will be provided in your welcome pack. Generally, check-in at the villa will begin in the afternoon on the first day of the Retreat.

What is the climate like in Mykonos in October?
October in Mykonos typically offers pleasant temperatures around 18-23°C (64-73°F) with moderate humidity. Evenings can be cooler, so we recommend bringing layers.

Is travel insurance required?
Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants. Your policy should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, personal belongings, and ideally COVID-related disruptions. This is particularly important for an international retreat, and we strongly recommend purchasing insurance as soon as you book your place. You may be asked to provide proof of insurance prior to the retreat. Please ensure your insurance covers Greece as a destination.

Is there a security deposit required?
Yes, we require a security deposit of £250 upon arrival at the villa. This will be held to cover any potential damages or incidentals during your stay. The deposit will be secured via credit card authorisation form at check-in and will be fully refunded within 7 days after the retreat concludes, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

What should I pack?
A detailed packing list will be provided in your welcome pack closer to the Retreat date. Generally, you'll need ballet attire, comfortable clothing for yoga and activities, swimwear, and appropriate evening wear.
