Begin with Claire's energising Vinyasa Flow to awaken your body and lift your spirits, then dive deeper into the poses with expert guidance on arm balances and foundational work that will serve your practice for life.
After a delicious, nourishing lunch and time to explore the beautiful estate grounds in their autumn glory, engage in meaningful coaching work exploring your values and authentic living.
The day concludes with Stephen's signature Yin and Yoga Nidra practice, leaving you feeling renewed, connected, and inspired.

Energising Vinyasa Practice for All Levels - Claire leads a dynamic 90-minute flow combining breathwork with mindful movement, building heat and energy to awaken the body and centre the mind.
*All levels welcome with modifications available throughout.
- 12:00 - 12:45 | YOGA ASANA LAB WITH STEPHEN & CLAIRE
Breaking Down the Flow: Arm Balances & Foundation Work - Take the poses from Claire's flow and explore them in detail whilst your body is still warm and open. We'll break down the technical aspects of arm balances like crow pose, explore foundational poses that support lifelong practice, and work with modifications that honour your body's unique needs. This session focuses on sustainable alignment principles that will serve your practice for years to come, regardless of your current level.

Values, Balance & Living Authentically - An interactive session exploring personal values, finding balance in modern life, and living with intention. Combining Claire's mindful approach with Stephen's coaching expertise and psychological background.
- 15:45 - 17:00 | YIN YOGA & NIDRA WITH STEPHEN
Close your day with Stephen's nurturing Yin Yoga practice, settling into passive poses held for extended periods to access the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue. Using props for support, you'll surrender into gentle stretches that target the hips, spine, and shoulders, allowing your body to naturally release accumulated tension and stress. This meditative practice cultivates patience and introspection, creating both physical space and mental stillness. The session concludes with an extended Yoga Nidra practice, guiding you into profound relaxation whilst integrating all the day's experiences. This restorative combination helps calm your nervous system and leaves you feeling deeply renewed and grounded.

STEPHEN BUNNEY
Stephen brings a unique blend of military leadership, psychology, and Yoga expertise to the wellness space. As founder of Warrior Wellness in Kilcullen, he combines over a decade of Defence Forces experience with deep training in Yoga and life coaching. His approach weaves together mental wellbeing, physical movement, and meaningful connection, specialising in precise alignment work, restorative practices, and his signature extended Yoga Nidra sessions. Stephen's background in psychology and leadership, combined with his coaching expertise, creates a supportive environment where ancient wisdom meets modern understanding, helping people navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
CLAIRE HALPIN
Meet Claire Halpin, a passionate and experienced Yoga and Pilates teacher who has been sharing her love of movement for over a decade. With over 1,000 hours of Yoga Teacher training under her belt, Claire continues to evolve in her own practice and now supports others in theirs through teacher mentorship and training.
Claire is the resident Yoga and Pilates instructor at UL Sports Arena and the proud owner of @reformerpilatesnenagh, her boutique Reformer studio where inclusivity, quality teaching, and community are at the heart of every class.
From dynamic Vinyasa to grounding Yin, from Yoga for Sport to Reformer Pilates, Claire’s teaching spans styles and settings, offering something for everyone. You’ll find her teaching across Tipperary, Limerick, and further afield, at retreats, workshops, and events nationwide and even internationally!!!
Claire’s approach is rooted in mindful movement, empowering others to reconnect with themselves through yoga and Pilates. Whether you’re a beginner or a long-time mover, Claire’s classes offer a thoughtful, informed space to move, explore, and feel good.
