Halloween Fireworks Extravaganza

Welcome to the Balsall Common Lions Halloween Fireworks Extravaganza.

Join us for a spooktacular family evening of fireworks, live music, entertainment, food, drink and Halloween fun at the Lant Recreation Ground, Meeting House Lane, Balsall Common CV7 7GE.

Gates open: 5.30pm
Fireworks display: approx. 7.15pm

This year’s event is again kindly hosted by Berkswell and Balsall Common Sports Association at the Lant Recreation Ground.

Book in advance and save

Advance tickets bought online are cheaper than tickets bought on the gate.

Our Advance Family Ticket admits 2 adults and up to 3 children aged 5–15 for £25. Advance Adult and Children tickets are £10 and £6 respectively. Children under 5 are admitted free and do not need a ticket. 

Gate prices are Adult £12; Child £7 and Family Tickets £32.

Parking, travel and accessibility

Please walk to the event if you can.

Meeting House Lane will be subject to local traffic restrictions from 5.00pm to 8.30pm. There is no parking on site or on Meeting House Lane.

Free parking is available at Heart of England School and St Peter’s Church, both around 5–10 minutes’ walk from the event.

Parking is free, but you must book a free car parking ticket when buying your admission tickets. Car parks will close at 9.30pm.

Wheelchair users
A viewing area will be available for wheelchair users. Please ask one of our marshals if you require assistance on arrival.

EVENT ADVISORY NOTICES

Loud sounds and noise

The Fireworks display will include loud noise and explosions throughout. There will also be amplified music across the site. Please bring ear defenders or earplugs if needed.

No pets on site

Please do not bring your pets to the event, as many animals find fireworks displays distressing. Service dogs are permitted on site where required.

No Sparklers or personal fireworks please

For everyone’s safety, sparklers and personal fireworks will not be allowed into the event. If you bring them with you, you will be asked to hand them in before entering the venue.

No refunds

Balsall Common Lions is a charitable organisation, and this event helps us raise funds to support local community projects and good causes. Tickets are purchased in advance and are non-refundable.
