You are cordially invited to an exclusive visit to the Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies, hosted by its President, Mr. Wiseler, who will be our companion. The visit will take place on Thursday 25 July at 6pm. Punctuality is essential.

The Chamber of Deputies is the unicameral national legislature of Luxembourg. The Chamber is made up of 60 seats. Deputies are elected to serve five-year terms. The function of the Chamber of Deputies is covered under Chapter IV of the Constitution of Luxembourg, the first article of which states that the purpose of the Chamber is to represent the country. Luxembourg is a parliamentary democracy, in which the Chamber is elected by universal suffrage.

Claude Wiseler is the President of the Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies since November 2023 and served as President of the Chrëschtlech-Sozial Vollekspartei (CSV), largest Luxembourgish party, from 2021 to 2023. He's been elected for the first time at Chambre des Députés in 1999. He has been elected to the Luxembourg City's communal council in 1999. He'd different government roles.
