2026 Homes on Parade

The Builders Association of North Central Indiana is excited to announce the 2026 Homes on Parade! The event will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 18, 19 and 20. The Builders Association will be featuring nine homes in Kosciusko County.

The premier sponsor for the 2026 Homes On Parade is First Federal Savings Bank. The gold sponsors are Superior Garage Door Service and Bin There Dump That. Tickets are $8.00 and that allows entry into all of the nine Parade homes. Veterans, Active-Duty Military, First Responders, and children under 18 are admitted free. Tickets can be purchased right here – click the button below! They also can be purchased at each Parade home and the BANCI office for $10 each.
