A Very Warm Welcome

Dear Parents

On behalf of the Bancroft's Parents' Association (BPA), I would like to extend a very warm welcome to you and your family as you join the Bancroft's community.

Starting a new school is an exciting milestone, not only for pupils but also for parents. We know there is a great deal to take in during the first few weeks, and we hope that the BPA can help you feel connected and informed as your family settles into school life.

The Parents' Association exists to bring families together, support the school community and organise a variety of social and fundraising events throughout the year in order to benefit the school pupils. Whether you are new to Bancroft's or already have connections within the school, we encourage you to get involved, meet other parents and make the most of the opportunities available.

Key Dates for Your Diary

Please make a note of the following upcoming events:

🔹 Welcome to the Parents' Association Evening – Monday 21st September 2026, 6pm - Prep School Hall. An opportunity for new and existing parents to meet the parents' association and school staff.

🔹Alpha Welcome Party to Bancroft’s - Friday 25th September 2026, 6pm - Prep School Hall. An event for the children in Alpha’s and Beta’s.

🔹 Bancroft’s Casino Royale Ball - Saturday 3rd October, 6pm - Marriott Hotel, Old Shire Lane, Waltham Abbey, EN9 3LX. A wonderful evening of celebration, laughter and unforgettable memories. 

🔹 Annual General Meeting – Wednesday 14th October 2926, 6pm - Prep School Hall. Election of officers and committee members.

🔹 Bancroft's Fireworks and Funfair - Friday 6th November, 5.30pm - Bancrofts Rugby and Football Club. A spectacular evening of dazzling fireworks, thrilling funfair rides, food, drinks and family fun!

We are always grateful for volunteers, whether you can offer a little time occasionally or would like to become more involved in organising events. The BPA is a wonderful way to meet other parents across the school and contribute to the vibrant Bancroft's community.
