Thai Trattoria Dinner series returns October 5th at 7pm.

The Thai Italian fusion 4-course dinner series, created by Chef Daisy,  is a reimagination of her late father's forgotten Italian restaurant named Trattoria P.J. Her father converted their second Bangkok Inn location into an Italian restaurant, but the restaurant did not last long and resulted in the loss of their second location. With Thai Trattoria, Chef Daisy wants to honor her father's legacy while experimenting and using her creativity to create Italian dishes using Thai and other Asian ingredients. 

Menu:

1st Course - Laab Zucchini Ribbon Salad

Thinly sliced zucchini ribbons dressed Thai Laab salad style with citrus, fish sauce, crushed peanuts, and fresh herbs  

2nd Course : Thai Wedding Soup

A Thai take of Italian Wedding Soup; Creamy Aromatic Tom Yum broth with Italian Sausage, Kale, and Couscous pearls

3rd Course - Haw Mok Curry Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Shells stuffed with Red Curry infused Ricotta and Spinach filling baked over Red Curry Marinara  

4th Course - Tub Tim Krob Panna Cotta

Traditional Thai Dessert with Red Rubies (tapioca coated water chestnuts) and Jack Fruit on top of an Italian Panna Cotta
