Mystic India is a large format film (commonly known as the IMAX format) about India's culture, people, and traditions. It is told through the 12,000 km barefoot journey throughout 18th century India undertaken by the Hindu adolescent ascetic Nilkanth. The film was directed by Keith Melton and financed and produced by BAPS Charities. It has been screened over 48,000 times and has fascinated over 21 million viewers in over 23 countries around the world.

This is a journey of an 11-year-old child, who walked for about 7 years and approximately 8,000 miles through the length and breadth of this incredible land (India).

An amazing true story that has the power to inspire millions across generations which is filmed in over 100 locations all over India, from the freezing Himalayas to the scorching deserts with a cast of 45,000.
