Essence of Love

A Sensual Journey of Embodied Connection

A collaboration between BARA Studio & Tantra Essence

💞 What is Essence of Love?

Essence of Love is a guided couples journey into the art of intimacy, emotional presence, and sensual embodiment.

This is your invitation to slow down and feel again.

To melt the protective layers that harden us to love.
To meet yourself in stillness and softness.
To experience connection not through doing, but through presence.
To remember the intelligence and sensitivity of your body.
And to be met there—gently, respectfully, and with open-hearted curiosity.

Through conscious movement, breath, partner exercises, and grounded ritual, we guide you into deeper intimacy—with yourself, with another, and with the energy of love itself.

You’ll explore touch, eye contact, and emotional vulnerability in a safely held, non-sexual container. Whether you come alone or with a partner, this experience will leave you feeling seen, softened, and reconnected with the sensual, relational part of you that longs to be expressed.

🌹 Why We Created This Space

In our fast-moving, hyper-connected world, many of us are starving for true connection—not performance, not perfection, but presence.

At BARA Studio, we’ve seen how dance and movement can awaken confidence and self-expression. At Tantra Essence, we’ve witnessed how sacred intimacy opens hearts and transforms lives. This collaboration is born out of a shared desire to bridge those worlds.

Together, we created Essence of Love to be a bridge — where embodiment, intimacy, and emotional presence meet.

This space was born for those who are:

  • Reclaiming their sensuality

  • Healing relationship wounds

  • Craving depth beyond small talk

  • Seeking connection without pressure

  • Longing to come back to themselves

We invite you to step into an experience where you don’t have to perform, fix, or prove anything. Just bring your breath, your body, and your honest self.

❓ FAQ

Is this a dance class or a Tantra workshop?
This is a Tantra Workshop. Essence of Love is a unique hybrid of guided embodiment, relational exercises, and emotional intimacy practices. All practices are invitation-based.

Do I need a partner to attend?
Yes, you need your own partner. This could be your romantic partner, lover, or loving friend. We do not provide partners for you.

Does my partner need their own ticket?
No, please purchase only 1 ticket. The ticket will cover both of you.

What should I bring and wear?
Please bring a sarong, a notebook and pen, and comfortable clothing you can move and relax in—think soft, flowy, or whatever makes you feel good in your body. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

What kind of touch is involved?
All exercises involving touch are based in clear, verbal consent. Touch may include holding hands, resting a hand on the heart, embracing each other, caressing, and massage. This is a fully clothed, non-sexual space with trained facilitators guiding. You are always encouraged to honor your limits.

Will I be expected to speak or share in front of the group?
No one is ever required to speak or share. While we offer time for group reflection, silence and inward processing are just as welcome as expression.

How many people will be in the space?
The group will be intimate—typically between 20–30 people—to preserve depth and emotional safety.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We ask that you book with intention and only if you're truly able to commit to the date.

How do I stay updated before the event?
We will share a link to join our chat once you have purchased your ticket.
This is where we’ll share any last-minute info, updates, and reflections leading up to the event.
