is a 2 hour workshop for followers who want to understand and embody the essence of flow while dancing zouk.

🌊We will focus on the body mechanics and movement qualites that allow your dance to feel continuous, fluid, and effortless, so that nothing looks cut, forced, or disconnected.

🌬️The aim is to help you feel less stiff, less fragmented, and more relaxed & ENJOYING the dance, while bringing more softness, grace, and refinement into the way you move.

🌬️By the end of the workshop, you will understand flow better, but also embody it in a way that feels natural, feminine and alive , plus Elvina will share practical tools to create smoother movement and create elegant flow that feels as good as it looks.
