Motorcycles by Moonlight 2026

Motorcycles by Moonlight is the signature benefit dinner hosted by the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum. Held on Friday evening during the Barber Vintage Festival, this event serves as the official opening celebration of the festival weekend. Guests will enjoy an unforgettable evening featuring live entertainment, passed hors d'oeuvres, curated whiskey and wine tastings, an interactive chef-attended cooking station, and a thoughtfully prepared  multi-course dinner. 

In 2026, the evening will pay tribute to the life and legacy of George Barber. Through a short documentary film and stories shared by special guests, attendees will be taken on a journey through his remarkable vision, influence and enduring impact on the world of motorcycling and beyond. 

In place of a live auction, guests are invited to direct support to the Discovery and Innovation Motorsports Fund, established in honor of George Barber's lasting contributions to the motorcycle industry, the City of Birmingham, the State of Alabama, and the countless individuals he inspired throughout his life. The fund will also help ignite curiosity and create opportunities for future generations to explore, learn, and innovate within the world of motorsports.
