The magic of Mozart opera by an award-winning cast of opera singers and actors with a zany libretto make for a sparkling experience at the historic 1932 Criterion Theater. With a live orchestra, partially staged, and multi-media effects. Mozart's prodigal abilities are on display in Bastien et Bastiènne, a charming love story written when he was only 12 years old. The Impresario is Mozart's short, comic, backstage opera form 1786 about rival singers, vanity, and the chaos of running an opera company, composed around the same period as "The Marriage of Figaro" and shortly before "Don Giovanni."
