We have a great programme to present to you. Elgar's Cello Concerto is a poignant four movement work from 1919, reflecting post-World War 1 sorrow with its deeply personal, elegiac and introspective music. It will be wonderfully played by Laura Armstrong. The English Folk Song suite by Vaughan Williams showcases rustic melodies with rich, original orchestration, originally composed for military band and later arranged for orchestra. And we have a premiere of Jamie Masters' 3rd symphony to showcase both new and older.
The ticket price includes a programme.
NOTE - our recent concerts have sold out so please book sooner rather than later!
