The Wines from the South

Join us for Baruccio's first wine tasting evening of 2026!

The "superstars" of our first tasting session are the mighty wines from the South of Italy.

As always, our selection, carefully  handpicked by Gabriele, will focus on small Italian producers who make wines following organic, sustainable and/or regenative agricolture.

We will taste a sparkling wine to begin, followed by 2 white wines and closing with 2 amazing reds. Get ready, as the last red in the line-up is an absolute hidden gem made with grapes from vines that are 200 years old of age! Only 1000 bottles produced and not many in circulation outside of Italy. 

Our wine tasting session are fun, casual and interactive, suitable for all experience levels from total beginner to tasting masters. We'll also be serving snack from our little kitchen and of course you can order more food should you wish from our menu.  

The tasting will get underway promptly at 7pm, please arrive by 6.45pm latest. The bar will be open from 5pm with loads of great wine and food options to get things going if you want to join us earlier. After the tasting, should you wish you can finish the evening up with one of our lovely, Italian-inspired cocktails.
