Join us for a breakfast and presentation introducing the unique Barwood Residential Investment Platform (BRIP).

BRIP has a proven track record of delivering returns to over 100 active HNW investors through the development of carefully selected small residential schemes (average 11 units) throughout the UK.  A single investment will typically be spread across 50 homes in 4 to 5 schemes and locations.

The minimum investment is £100,000, either from a single investor or can be made up of smaller amounts as part of a syndication (e.g. £25,000 x 4 people).
