Chanukah Klezmer Keilidh with Seven Hills Kapelye

Join us for a Chanukah party to remember with Seven Hills Kapelye, a five piece klezmer band from Sheffield.

The band will be joined by a dance caller leading the room through traditional klezmer dances from 7:30 in the diasporist and Bundist spirit of Ashkenazi Jewish culture.No dance experience needed. The caller talks you through every step, so first timers and old hands can dance side by side. If you love Ceilidh, Contra or Bal, plenty here will feel familiar.

Expect donuts, latkes, dreidels, and a warm, joyful room to celebrate Chanukah together. This is a community night for Leeds' Jewish community and our friends, built around justice, inclusion and joy, and everyone is welcome here.

Tickets are priced on a sliding scale so everyone can take part.
