Basildon Pride CIO is a registered charity in England and Wales 1193090. We are proud to be part of such a diverse community and we aim to positively impact the lives of LGBT+ people and their allies which are often challenging due to discrimination, prejudice and harassment from other people or organisations. 

We deliver our charitable purposes through our annual free entry Basildon Pride Festival and Parade that helps us celebrate the LGBT+ community and allies, whilst inviting others to learn more about LGBT+ issues and support available. Our Everyday programme brings our work into the community and with other organisations to deliver on Hate Crime, Trans and Non Binary Awareness, Support for Young People, Support for Parents of LGBT+ children and young people, Mental Health and Adult Networking. 

We cannot deliver this diverse work without the generosity of partners, sponsors, grant awarders, volunteer time and fundraising events.
