HOW TO APPLY FOR THE CERTIFICATE COURSE

You will need to pay the application fee by clicking "APPLY NOW" AND complete an application form using the link on our website (click here for this).

The fee helps to cover some of the administrative and staffing costs associated with processing the volume of applications that we receive. This fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee a place on the Certificate Course.

YOUR APPLICATION WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED WHEN YOU HAVE PAID THE FEE AND COMPLETED THE APPLICATION FORM.

The deadline for applications is FRIDAY 25th APRIL 2025. If this date has already passed, please be informed that late applications may be considered – please contact training@basingstokecounselling.org.uk prior to application to determine if there is space available on the course. Due to the popularity of this course, there is no guarantee that places will remain after the application deadline has passed.

COURSE STRUCTURE

The course takes place over one academic year. There are thirty once-weekly sessions that take place on a Thursday evening and three weekend workshops spread over three ten-week terms. There is a half-term break in each term in line with Hampshire school holidays.

The course is split into two groups. Group one will take place between 5.45 pm and 9.00 pm and group two will run from 6.30 pm to 9.45 pm. Each evening is split into two sessions: a seminar and an experiential group.

There will be one-weekend workshop per term. The workshops run from 10 am to 4 pm.
