10:45 – 12:30 BUILDING DEFENSE: FROM INDIVIDUAL BATTLES TO TEAM IDENTITY (Emiliano Rey Aloe)
Emiliano Rey Aloe is an emerging Spanish basketball coach with international experience across the UK, Sweden, Austria, and Spain. His career spans multiple levels including youth development, national teams, and senior competition, often combining head coaching roles with assistant positions in professional environments.
His most notable teams include Pirlo Kufstein Towers (Austria), IK EOS Lund (Sweden), Reading Rockets (England), and the Wales National Team (U17 Women). He has contributed to a -winning season in Austria, record-breaking performances in Sweden, and key development milestones within youth and national team programmes. He has just been appointed as Assistant Coach for Köping Stars (Sweden).

12:45 – 14:45 - FROM ABILITY TO GAME: TRANSFORMING SKILLS INTO REAL SITUATIONS (David Torrescusa)
David Torrescusa is a Spanish head coach with over 15 years of experience working in professional basketball across five different countries. His career reflects a strong international profile, with experience in both senior professional leagues and high-level youth development environments, including FC Barcelona’s academy. He is known for building structured, adaptable teams and for working effectively in multicultural settings.
Among the most notable teams he has coached are Polonia Warszawa (Polish PLK), Tromsø Storm (Norway), Ockelbo Basket (Sweden), and CB Andratx in Spain. He has also been involved in international tournaments and development programmes, combining elite competition exposure with strong player development expertise.

15:45 – 17:45 EARLY OFFENSE IN YOUTH TEAMS (Felipe Coello)
Felipe Coello is a highly experienced Spanish basketball coach with a career spanning more than 40 years, having started coaching in 1974. He has worked across all levels of the game, from youth development to elite professional basketball, and has also held leadership roles such as Director Deportivo and Manager General. A FIBA instructor and long-standing member of the Spanish coaching community, Coello has combined coaching, education, and administration throughout his career.
His most notable teams include CB Murcia (ACB and LEB), Náutico Tenerife, Balneario de Archena, and CB Tenerife, achieving major successes such as league titles and promotions to the ACB. He has also contributed to regional development as a selector and federation director, reinforcing his impact at both club and structural level in Spanish basketball.

18:00 – 20:00 KILL THE ACTION: MASTERING PnR DEFENSE (Krumesh Patel)
Krumesh Patel is a high-performance basketball coach with over a decade of experience, recognised for his work across elite club competitions and international 3x3 basketball. He has held prominent roles within Great Britain national teams and professional clubs, focusing on performance strategy, recruitment, and player development in high-level environments.
His most notable teams include London Lions, Leicester Riders, Wetterbygden Sparks (Sweden SBL), Great Britain national teams, and Athinaikos WBC in Greece. His achievements include EuroCup success, domestic titles, and strong international finishes. In Greece, he contributed to a season that included EuroCup runner-up, Greek Cup champion, Greek playoff champion, and EuroLeague qualification.

Payment
Registration cost per coach is £50 (Cardiff Met Archers coaches have a discount), to be paid through the PayPal link provided in this page. When doing the payment please provide your full name, the club where you work/coach, your phone number and email address.
Purchase the ticket in advance as there's limited availability... don't wait till the last minute as it won't be possible to purchase a ticket on the day of the clinic.
The registration cost covers:
- Court rental and facility costs
- Accommodation & travel expenses of coaches
- Coaching delivery and management
Refund policy: If a minimum of 40 coaches is not reached, the Clinic will be cancelled and the amount refunded when requested within a month from the cancellation date.
Additional Info
Lots of parking spaces are available in campus and tickets need to be purchased from one of the machines available (the cost for the whole day is £0.50) and need to be displayed.
There are vending machines in the Archers Arena as well as a water fountain. There will be a stand where you can buy coffee/tea and snacks.
There are two places that serve food in the Campus (K1 and Bench, find them here), but feel free to bring your food. There are also shops nearby (5-10 mins by car).
No videos with tripod or long videos are allowed, but you are welcome to do short videos or take pictures, and share them in social media... we recommend to enjoy the experience to the max and take as many notes as possible. The last minutes of each coach's time will be dedicated to Q&A so don't be shy if you want to ask anything.
