There’s a lot you can do to make listed buildings warmer whilst saving energy, our climate and our valuable heritage.
This free webinar is brought to you by the Green Heritage Homes Project, and is for owners and occupiers of listed buildings, and building professionals. We will cover:
- Green Heritage Homes: Services to help listed building owners and occupiers - Bath & West Community Energy
- Understanding Significance: Assessing historic significance when considering energy measures - Bath Preservation Trust
- The Listed Building Consent Process: Applying for consent for energy measures - Bath & North East Somerset Council
The webinar will showcase the Bath area, however much of the content will be relevant and valuable to anyone in the UK.
Green Heritage Homes is a grant-funded project to demystify how to improve the energy efficiency of listed buildings whilst protecting our vital heritage. Bath & West Community Energy is working in partnership with Bath & North East Somerset Council, Bath Preservation Trust, the Centre for Sustainable Energy and People Powered Retrofit.
Green Heritage Homes will provide low-cost, high-quality, bespoke advice from conservation and energy professionals through in-person home visits in Bath & North East Somerset. In addition, our free briefings, events, online videos and materials will support you to make your listed building warmer, climate-friendly and cheaper to heat.
