The Hong Kong Fair promises to be a vibrant event, filled with cultural, commercial, merchandising, and culinary delights. We invite all members and supporters of HongKonger Community Center to join us for a fun day. 香港市集會係一個充滿活力嘅活動 - 文化、商業、商品同埋美食樣樣齊！我哋誠邀所有香港人社區中心嘅會員同支持者一齊嚟參加呢個開心嘅日子。

Event Details:
     * Date: March 23, 2024 (Saturday)
     * Event Time: 10:30 am to 3:30 pm
          - (5) 1-hour admission sessions. Entry only permitted at or after the scheduled hour; early admission will not be permitted.
     * Venue: Fremont Downtown Event Center (3500 Capitol Ave, Fremont, CA 94538)

     * 30+ vendors, groups and organizations:
           - Support Hongkongers owned business
           - Culture-related workshops
           - Pre-packed food/snacks
           - Business promotion
           - Community service initiatives
           - Art & culture exhibition

     * Indoor and outdoor performance by HongKongers

     * General Admission: $6/person; free for kid under 12 or shorter than 4'
           - Every purchased admission ticket includes complimentary $6 valued food coupons for food purchase.
           - Kids (age under 12 and shorter than 4') must be accompanied by at least (1) adult.
           - !! Important !! This event is non-refundable.
           - Participants are kindly recommended to limit their stay indoor to no longer than 2 hours to ensure that all attendees have the opportunity to fully enjoy the event. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, as it allows us to create a positive and inclusive experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

     * Pre-registration is mandatory for all participants; walk-ins will not be permitted.

     * Free parking (limited spots

     * Please also note that all food to be provided at this event requires a temporary food permit from the Alameda County Health Department. All applications in compliance with County rules and requirements have been submitted. We are confident the approved permits will be granted. However, in the unforeseen circumstances that the permit is not secure on the day of the event, we regret to inform you that food service could be unavailable, and all food vendors could be canceled. Food coupons will not be issued if the temporary food permit is not secured.

        - 年齡不足 12 歲且身高低於 4 英尺的兒童必須至少由 1 位成人陪同。
        - ! 重要提示！此活動不可退款。
        - 為確保所有參與者都能充分體驗同享受各種活動，我們建議參與者將室內停留時間限制在不超過 2 小時。感謝您的理解和體諒。

     * 所有參與者均須預先購票；現場恕不售票。

     * 請注意，本次活動提供的所有食物都需要獲得阿拉米達縣衛生部門的臨時食物許可證。所有符合縣規則和要求的申請均已提交。我們有信心獲得批准的許可證。然而，如果出現不可預見的情況，即活動當天無法獲得許可證，我們很遺憾地通知您，餐飲服務可能無法提供，並且所有食品攤販可能會被取消及不予發放免費食品券。
